Bound in decorated green cloth boards with gilt titles present to the spine and front board. Boards have light shelf-wear present to the extremities. Alan L Harvie bookplate present to the front pastedown. Text is clean and free of marks. Binding tight and solid. Leonard Cutler Sanford (September 19, 1868 December 7, 1950) was an American surgeon and amateur ornithologist who served as a trustee of the American Museum of Natural History for nearly thirty years and who was instrumental in building up its bird collections. EB; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
