The author toured a number of historic Inns in Mass. and here describes the old taverns, their history, architecutre, accessories, etc. The gilt spine lettering is dull, else a nice, tight book with bright gilt cover decoration and lettering. There are no interior or exterior markings. Small publishing company stamp on verso of title page (Dearborn Publishing Co. Library.) ; B&W Photographs; 8vo ; 176 pages .
