University of California Press, 1994. Good. 26cm, pp.806. Black boards with black faux-leather back (quarter bound) and white lettering to spine. Ex-library copy with shelf mark on spine (and DJ), stamp on pastedown and small stain on title page. DJ chipped at corners and showing shelf wear, but still a good, tight copy.
