Foot of spine chipped, bevelled foredge of cover partly chipped, otherwise interior and exterior are in near fine condition, including folding map of Westchester County in rear. This brochure was produced as a souvenir for the Delegates of the National Electric Light Association, June 1923. Compliments of 3 Westchester Lighting companies : Westchester, Northern Westchester and Peekskill. Compiled by Alvah P. French, author of "History of Westchester County New York". Illustrated. A very attractively produced bit of ephemera.

Additional Biographies, each illustrated with a photograph. Light foxing to first few pages of Volume I. Two volumes have bumped corners; a whitish spot on cover of Volume II. Volume V. has a few white spots to binding, corners turned and some foxing to the gutter area of a few pages, and off-setting to pages opposite the portraits. A very nice, clean, sturdy set. Four heavy volumes, may require extra shipping charges.
