These shirts, with their distinctive styling, snap buttons, fancy pockets & cuffs and embroidered designs have become highly collectible examples of Western Americana. Several dozen designs are presented in full color photos, as well as a section with photos of over 240 embroidered labels of various shirtmakers. Signed by co-author Steven B. Weil on title page thus: "Stacy & Bruce / Hope you enjoy / our little piece / of Western / history / Steve Weil." Also signed by two other members of the Weil family, Jack B. Weil and Jack E. Weil on dedication page, which pays tribute to Jack A. Weil, proprietor of Denver's Rockmount Ranch Wear, makers of many of the shirts in this book. --- In textured pink paper-covered boards with gilt-stamped titling to cover & spine. Book wrapped in jacket with photo of a representative blue shirt to cover. --- A bright, newish, copy though with slight wear to cover edges. Unclipped jacket ($39.95) also in great shape though with small tear to back panel corner; wrapped in removable archival mylar protector.; Small Quarto - 9 to 11 in. tall; 176 pages; Signed by Author .
