About This Item
New York: Harper & Row, 1954. Copyright 1954, but this edition most likely from around 1970 with an ISBN that is no longer valid. Illustrated in black and white. Pictorial hardcover with matching dustjacket, both showing the Newbery Medal. *Note*: Outer edges of text block quite heavily foxed (speckled) which is not unusual for this title, but pages themselves are clean. Light edgewear and minor corner bumping, good hinges, firm text block, no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is priceclipped and is very good with light shelfear, mainly rubbing to spine ends, no chips.. Hard Cover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
