Illustrated with ink drawings by Paul BrownLight olive cloth boards with red and black title to spine. Very light shelfwear to top/bottom of spine. Surface scarring to front free endpaper (bookplate removed?); otherwise, interior unmarked. Rubbing to edges and light sunning to spine of dustjacket. Small chips to top of spine and two corners of dustjacket. Price clipped. A band of top-flight authors of westerns, all members of Western Writers of America, organized an exciting roundup of wild horse stories. The experts in riding and roping include Bill Gulick, Rutherford Montgomery, Norman Fox, L.P.Holmes, Harry S Drago, Hal G. Evarts and of course, the grear Jim Kjelgaard, tell terrific tales of fiery outlaw stallions and runty sage brush broom-tails. Paul Brown has made a spirited action picture for every story.
