First Modern Library edition, stated on verso of title, d.j. with .95¢ on front flap, listing to 268 titles on verso of jacket, and ad on back cover. This famed memoir recounts the author’s experiences on Fox Island in Resurrection Bay, Alaska, Kenai Peninsula.
