To be clear, PRINTED by Ampersand Printing, Guelph, Ontario. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering. 493 pages with archival / B&W photos, maps & name index. Includes a plastic-coated laid-in page with maps & corresponding list of current property residents (1992). 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. The black, pictorial dust jacket is clean but show minor wear mostly at upper spine edge. Due to size & weight & resulting high postal costs, extra shipping WILL be required outside Ontario.
