First American edition, in the publisher's blue cloth with spine lettering gilt on a tan panel, octavo, pp. xi, 227. Plates and other illustrations within the text. About Very Good with shelf rubbing at spine ends and board tips. Dust Jacket GOOD-only with shelf wear at flap fold points, notably at upper tip of front panel (see image for our best attempt at a close-up). Jacket now in removable protective mylar.
