About This Item
The First UK printing published by Grant Richards, London in 1924. The BOOK is in Very Good condition. Light pushing at the spine with some very mild rubbing at the corners and to the folds in places. A small bump to the upper and lower edges of the front cover. Light fading of the red colouring to the spine but the black lettering remains bright. Some toning and light spotting to the text-block. Light offsetting to the end-papers. Some light spotting to the page edges in a few places. Free from inscriptions. The binding remains tight. No wrapper. Protected in a loose Mylar removable archival cover. The author's very scarce second novel. I can find no auction records for this title and only 5 copies listed on COPAC. Collectible. Ashton Rare Books welcomes direct contact.
