Blue cloth covers with gilt lettering and decorative designs, including a portrait of a woman in gilt on front cover. [xlviii] 904 pp. Portrait adjacent to title page protected with tissue guard. Gilt top stain. Yellow end papers. Illustrated with portraits in black and white. Binding is tight. <br>Condition:<br>Some of the gilt is faded but still visible. Foxing throughout. Damp stain on the edge of most pages. Covers have wear, rubbing and some discoloration. Binding has been repaired, book is held together very well. Overall a nice copy. Due to the weight and size of this book, additional charges for shipping may be required. Full refund if not satisfied.
