Good +. 218 p; a manual contining the rules and regulations of the Woman's Relief Corps, auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republlic, and official decisions of the several national conventions; gilt lettering on boards is clear and sharp; however, the noticeable moisture staining is present over the edges of it; moisture staining to rear boards as well; as well as first several pages along margins; binding tight, hinges secure and intact; has "rippled" pages throught due to moisture; interior pages clean and free of marks.
