Harper & Brothers. New York & London. No date Ca 1898. In dark green cloth covers with gilt to spine and TH logo to front. In good condition. Spine a little dulled. Corners slightly bumped. Endpapers a little tanned. Else clean and tight copy. Tess has b/w engraved plates and ‘Mrs Fiske as Tess’ pasted to first blank page. Others have etching frontis and map of Wessex. Collected US edition of the novels of Thomas Hardy.
