There is a very faint crease-like line down the middle on the pages at the front -- this appears to be a printing flaw rather than a sign of use. The map pages and one page in the Concordance have a creased bottom corner. A few pages have a wrinkled or pinched spot near the corner. The gilt edges are somewhat scratched and scuffed.
