London: J. and R. Tonson, 1741.. Third edition thus, four volumes, 4to. Frontispiece and an engraving above the dedication plus 6 pages of medals at the end of volume I and a few more in the text. Some worming at the beginning and end of each volume, armorial bookplates of T.H.H. Davies, Elmley Castle. 20th century full roan, gilt spines with red and black labels, boards with some marking otherwise a very good set. Including Addison's contributions to the Tatler, Spectator and Freeholder, as well as his play Cato.
