London, England: Macmillan and Co, 1894. Leather-bound. Good Plus. Small octavo, 7.5 in. x 5.2 in., pp. viii, 898. Illustrated with tissue-guarded frontis of Tennyson. Green full calf with gilt coat of arms to front. Gilt title and five raised bands to spine. Gilt edges. Rubbing to extremities; scuffing to rear board. Sunning to spine (leaving spine a light brown color. Gilt dentelles and marbled endpapers. Previous owner's bookplate to front pastedown. Two-column pages. Bookplate is that of Elstree School, and the book was awarded in 1897 to a student for excellence in "Classics."
