Preface by author, afterword: an interview with the author, notes, books and audio by Natalie Goldberg and credits. Red coloured end pages. Black and white illustrated frontispiece. Beige coloured cloth covered boards with black coloured inserts to both the front panel and back strip: and, within those inserts gilt coloured titles. Gold coloured place marker in good condition. Illustrated dustwrapper with black and gold blue coloured titles to the front panel and blue and black coloured titles to the back strip. In this book, with insight and humour, not to mention practicality, the author gives a newbie writer a leap in the skill of actually writing. A little rubbing of the book corners and there is a stain that transverse as the lower edge of the front panel and half the lower edge of the back strip.
