About This Item

London: Studio Liimited, 1925. First Edition First Printing . Hardcover. Fair/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. 4to. 48 pages of text, plus 99 full page plates in black and white. Hardcover bound in blue cloth. The binding is rather worn and spotted with silverfishing or some other pest, and there is a 2 inch split in the cloth on the front hinge. Prior owner's information scraped off the front pastedown. The decorative endpapers are foxed, as are some of the plates. The text is printed on "antiqued" paper made to look old but comes across looking spotted. A reading or reference copy.

About Pages Past Used and Rare Books

Pages Past is a small used & rare bookshop located a few blocks from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Since 1996 we have been serving the Triad community as well as customers from around the world. We have around 15-20,000 volumes in our shop. We specialize in North Carolina, Virginia, Civil War, Old Leather, Christianity, Eastern and Western Philosophies, and the simply unusual. We very likely have the oldest books in Greensboro; we keep a nice selection of antiquarian volumes and scholarly books.
