Penniman, St. Johnsbury, Vermont on the endpapers. Scarce in any kind of dust jacket or signed by the authors. Very Good (covers bright; contents clean & tight); good (tape residue along spine section of rear cover and about half of the spine chipped; front & rear covers pretty much intact) d/j. $175.00.
