Hardcover, large quarto in dark blue boards and publisher's price-clipped dust-jacket. 228 pages. Profusely illustrated with black and white and several color photographs. First edition. Front free end-paper excised and short one inch clear tape repair to first page at gutter. No previous ownership marks, but from the private collection of Carmen Orechio, former NJ State Senator, recently deceased (02/26/2018). A clean, square, unmarked copy with faults as noted, else fine. Near very good in a near fine dust-jacket. .
