About This Item
London: Edward Arnold, 1914. First edition, 8vo, pp. [4], 422, [2] ads; numerous illustrations throughout by D. Hartley; decorative page borders printed in green; original full pictorial parchment stamped in gilt on upper cover and spine; spine darkened, else very good. Ostensibly a book on sundials, but there's much Henslow poetry involved.
