London and New York: John Lane The Bodley Head, 1897. Limited Edition . Cloth. Very Good. 75 pp., frontispiece by George Frederic Watts. Poems in defense of the Armenian cause, a controversial book in its day. "Of this Large Paper Edition only 75 Copies have been printed for sale in England and America." Spine sunned, head and heel of spine and corners of boards bumped, covers sunned and soiled, discoloration to endpapers. With a ca. 1902 bookplate designed by May Chatteris Fisher (Winder) on front pastedown, and the ownership signature on free endpaper of Charles Abbott, founder of what is now the Poetry Collection at the University at Buffalo.
