The spine as well as the top and inner edges of the rear cover are faded xi, [i], 93 & [9] pages, illustrated with a portrait of Robert Duncan on the title page. Very good. <p>First edition. Of a total edition of 2,000 copies, this is one of 1,800 bound in paper wrappers.
