Bound in illustrated paper boards. The boards have edge wear, and the spine has a tear along the front joint, causing the spine to 'flap'; Small loss, approx. 1.5 inches, at the spine's crown, effecting the title. INSCRIBED and signed by the author, with his customary poem to the recipient, and dated Aug., 1930. A nostalgic and comedic look at the Victorian era from the 1920's perspective.
