(London): Violette Editions, (2001).. First edition, 4to, (296) pp. Inscribed from Smith on the fly leaf. Numerous illustrations, complete with the three inserts - "The Bunny" and two folded posters. Original cloth backed boards, a fine copy still held in the original polystyrene box with its magnifying glass, this with some bumps, spine label creased, one corner broken off.
