Quarter tan cloth with cream paper on the boards. Square and firmly bound, clean internally. A collection of short stories that tell the story of "a woman coming to terms with her rejected past, acknowledging the price of having strayed from the culture that shaped her." Wicomb was one of the winners of the inaugural Windham-Campbell Literature Prizes awarded by the Beinecke Library.
