There is a gift inscription to a former owner on the front free end paper, but no other marks. The paper covers are fresh, but the front cover has several dents near the spine two of which have left small holes. The attached scan shows the front cover, Synopsis: This is a novella (45 pages) telling the adventures of Dave Scott and Timothy Mathews, two Liverpoo (N.S.) l boys who in 1801stowed away on a privateer hunting for Spanish shipping.
