Dusty at edges and spine, some pencil notations to upper panel on both volumes, a few chips on upper panel and some early foxing to Vol. I, else good. First edition. Contributions from Mansfield and Lawrence, as well as translations of Tchehov (Chekhov) and Gorki, and regular contributions from Wells throughout the course of the publication of this Modernist monthly. Lengthy musings by editor Middleton Murry who is just trying not to take things personally when his readers have opinions.
