London: Weidenfeld and Nicolson, 1965. Second printing. Hardcover. Very good/good. Black cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, illustrated in b&w. Book has mild edgewear to boards and spine, binding tight, front flyleaf has small stamp and number, note in gutter on full-title page, otherwise text clean and unmarked with mild foxing to edges of block and endpapers. DJ has edgewear that includes small tears, some of which have been taped shut, rubbing and toning.
