A scholarly book of 503 pages with graphs, maps, extensive notes, references and index. Bound in original black cloth with lettering in gilt. Lightly bumped lower corner. Fine in very good price-clipped dust jacket with chips and tears and faded spine panel. The tears are tape mended on the reverse.
