Pages have wide yellow decorated border (which matches the end papers) and the text is in blue bordered rectangles set in the middle of each page and printed in black ink . "Designed and decorated, and the initials illuminated with pure gold by hand entirely." VG+ just very slight bleeding from the gold decoration. Very light spine end wear. No owner marks. Lovely book. Pictures available on request. Original red box present as well . Box is VG with some light wear and slight discoloration. .
