New York: Sun Dial Press, 1937. Joshua Clunk investigates the poisoning of an estate agent near the eel traps, and runs afoul of Scotland Yard. Early reprint. Ex-library with internal stamps and markings. Bumped and rubbed with wear at the edges. Hinges just slightly loose, occasional finger or drip marks to the text. Jacket trimmed and attached to a stiff paper backing with the flaps glued to the pastedowns. Well rubbed with a 2" scuff to the spine and front panel. Clear tape yellowed and peeling from the spine and flap folds.. Hard Cover. Fair/Poor. Ex-Library.
