SCARCE. This volume comprises the First Report from the Committee of Secrecy, Second Report, Supplement to the Second Report, and Appendix to the Second Report. They are reprinted in this public form from the parliamentary printings by order of the House of Commons, the parliamentary printings not being available to the public (none were, incidentally, until 1836).
