VG-/Good. used hardcover in a dust jacket. jacket is a bit worn about the edges and somewhat scuffed, but without any serious tears. pages and binding are clean, straight and tight. there are no marks to the text or other serious flaws. spine somewhat sun faded.

This "3rd edition" appears to be a reprint of the first edition, with the addition of a preface by Hans Gmoser. With index. The book is in nice condition, with firm binding and good hinges. No marks of any kind. There is sun-fading around the edges, particularly at the foot of the spine. The unclipped dust-jacket is also sunned, especially the spine. with a little edgewear including a tiny tear at the spine-head; a few scratches to the front panel; and a crease to the front flap.
