The two original charts are present, as well as what appears to be two old photostats of the chart. Previous owner name stamped in green ink on the yellow pastedown, as appears to be usual. There is some old tape residue. The dustjacket is present, with tape repairs and loss. Most uncommon. Very Good binding / Fair dust jacket.
