Includes slipcases for all volumes. Slipcase 1 (for DT 1-3) and Slipcase 3 (DT 6-7) are Grant issues, and Slipcase 2 (DT 4-5) is after-market by the Casemaker, slightly higher than the other two but in a nearly identical style.
