Signed and dated by the author on the half-title page: "William LaVarre, Minneapolis, March 11, 1936." GOOD. Shows marginal shelf rubbing of the corners, spine darkened, preliminaries up to the title page with a touch of toning, otherwise the binding is strong and tight, the text is clean and unmarked, and the boards remain bright and distinct. As pictured.
