Table of contents on separate board, the whole inserted into a cloth-backed pullout and stored in a clothbound slipcase with gilt title on spine. Each map is fine and in elephant folio size. Pull out has internal repairs and edge chips, but slipcase is fine with clean cloth an bright gilt. Scarce.
