Lithographs and illustrated endpapers are vibrant. Yellow cardboard slipcase shows a fair amount of edge wear, scuffing, and rubbing, along with several superficial cracks along the edges. Small strip of paper loss to front of slipcase cover. Written and illustrated by Saber on-the-spot. 187pp.

The only flaw, which dropped the book from "fine" to "near-fine" is a slight wave to the pages. The slipcase is faded, but intact with very slight surface shelf rubbing. ; Oblong Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 187 pages .

Remarkable work, illustrations in colour and black and white as well as the details of the author's wartime experiences. Spine, boards and binding all fine, gilt title on spine. Only minor wear on the book itself, contents very clean and no inscription. Slipcase has wear on the edges and has tears of about two inches near the openings.
