Cloth worn and stained, binding solid but a bit loose with a few signatures just barely protruding, likely lacking one map, endpapers foxed and a bit of scattered foxing throughout, two delicate maps with tears, a just about very good copy of this pretty remarkable production, with the text and illustrations otherwise quite bright and fresh. Illustrated with five fold-out maps (likely lacking one, other copies with six), nine plates (two fold-out), and two in-text maps.
