Several of the books contain his signature, or a presentation inscription to him. Unfortunately, this copy does not have those signs of his ownership. But this is almost certainly the very copy that Church used for his review of the book that appeared in the JOURNAL OF SYMBOLIC LOGIC (vol. 7, issue 3, 1942).
