Event marks Marros' first exhibition in California. Card is in very good condition, with a crease down the middle, a cancelled 1 1/2-cent stamp, typewritten address, and some darkening from age.

San Francisco, Calif.: Artists' Guild Gallery, 1947.. Exhibition announcement. 1 folded pale green and black sheet measuring 9 1/4 x 12 inches. Exhibition held May 26-June 26, 1947 at the Artists' Guild Gallery. Back of announcement is addressed to Ms. Doris MIller Johnson of Berkeley, Calif. Item has two deep creases from where it has been folded, one 1-inch tear, an uncancelled stamp which was used to seal the missive and is thus split in half, and a discolored area, else in very good condition.
