Special limited edit ion, printed on hand made paper, limited to 525 copies and signed by Stephens. 228pp, with 12 full color plates, with captions on opposite page, plus decorative headings and tailpieces. Original quarter vellum and blue paper boards, gilt title to spine. Deckle d edges with some browning to edges, plus small amount of age ton ing on occasional pages. Otherwise a fine copy; toning to end pap ers; light damp-stain to front end papers not affecting text beyo nd; light discoloration at bottom of spine. Internally clean, tig ht, and essentially flawless. In good paper d/w with several edge nicks and damp-stain upper front right and across lower back thi rd; not affecting the book itself. .
