Kings Point: United States Merchant Marine Academy, 1969. Hardcover. 266, 54p.[ads], glossy paperstock throughout with b&w and color photography, hardbound in massive 12.3x9.5 inch blue boards over a silver spine. No ownership or other marks, faintests signs of any handling or age, near-fine.

Berkeley: University of California Press, 1997. Paperback. Five yearbooks, all softbound, one bound comb copyshop style, three saddle-stitched, one standard, contents conventional yearbook stuff. Each bears a tidy ownership name in ink, none have autographs or inscriptions, all quite good and clean. The five as a small lot.

Kansas City, MO: Talmud Torah Sh'erith Israel D'lubawitz, 1927. Flexible Cloth. 36 pages in English, 100 pages in Hebrew; limp card covers worn, with edge chipping to the English side. Literary annual for the Jewish school; most of the text is devoted to Hebrew compositions by the students, with some black and white photos. Includes lists of students and community members, as well as ads for businesses.

Dublin: Blackrock College, 1935. Paperback. 156, xxiv p. paperback yearbook for the Catholic secondary school, card covers edgeworn where they project past the textblock, minor foxing; signed by de Valera on the title page. A note in pen dated Oct. 1, 1935, by a Bro. Declan to a "Dear Miss D... (unclear, please see photo), on Blackrock College stationery, is laid in inside the front cover; it was formerly affixed to the first page with a small piece of paper tape but has come loose. It reads, "As promised during our tour of Ireland I am forwarding herewith the College Annual. The President autographed it on his return from Geneva this evening. He was fairly sick after the crossing but otherwise in good spirits & looking well. I am expecting a letter from you for some time." San Francisco: Media Committee, 2001. [40p.], staplebound wraps, 8.5x11 inches. Commemorative booklet for the graduating class, with black and white photos and personal statements.

San Francisco: Drew School, 2008. 99p. hardcover; yearbook for the private high school on its 100th anniversary. Very good, no inscriptions.

San Jose CA: The Associated Students of San Jose State College, 1937. Hardcover. [168]p., yearbook, standard format on glossy paperstock, hardbound in 11x8.5 inch cloth boards. Terribly worn with wiggly hinges, a few food-flecks within, poor copy with complete text and photographs, no autographs or ownership.

Lhasa, Tibet: the School, 1986. Newsletter. 48p., mimeographed, cover edgeworn, interior pages somewhat smudgily printed. First issue of the teacher training school's annual publication, with contributions in Chinese and a few in Tibetan, as well as a page of greetings in English from UNICEF workers based at the school.

Bastrop, LA: Morehouse Planning Committee, 1978. [64p.], wraps, 8.5x11 inches, mild handling wear and soil. Reunion booklet for the African-American school, with a brief history, updates on some graduates, notes of greeting and local ads.

Paperback. 96p., the usual sort of compilation for grade- and high-school consumers, bound in 11x8 inch flexible decorated cardstock (black, lettered bronze), the yapp-edged covers are a little crimped with light creasing, a very good copy. Laid in find penciled scrap of little or no significance. FYI, there are no autographs or ownerships whatsoever.

St. Louis MO: the school, 1944. Paperback. 96p., the usual sort of compilation for grade- and high-school consumers, bound in 11x8 inch flexible decorated cardstock (black, lettered bronze), the yapp-edged covers are a little crimped with light creasing, a very good copy. FYI, there are no autographs or ownerships except for a childish penciling to front endsheet, "This Book is Mine", without signature.

Honolulu: the school, 1953. Hardcover. 128p., the familiar yearbook design and size, hardbound in 11x8 inch dark blue fabrikoid boards with a pressed decoration and lettering on bronze-colored panels. A bit edgeworn, the spine shows a little fabric-weave at rims, and general scuff-marks, clean and sound within, no markings or inscriptions.

Oakland: the school, 1948. Unpaginated yearbook blue leatherette boards titled white, the usual format. We see one badly bumped corner-tip, else a sound copy with lots of inscriptions and in-text names. Owner was one John Rush who had lots of friends. FYI, most every face is a white face, but one Asian American guy signed his camera club entry.

Berkeley: the school, 1946. Paperback. Unpaginated, [20]p., standard school yearbk format but kind of skinny. Only one autograph ("Brother George") in the book itself but two large group photos are laid in (yes, from the negative) and the group of third-graders has many signatures on the back. The other group shot is of highschool boys, perhaps it belongs here. Externally expect light wear with several dots of stain, internally terminal leaves are dog-eared, this a good to very good copy.

Kannami: Jinjo koto shogakko, 1939. 15 leaves, black and white photos, with tissue paper overlays printed with the names of the subjects underneath or itentifying the activities depicted. Figured green brocade-covered boards, bound with string and titled gilt, very good.

San Francisco: The Religious School of Congregation Emnau-El, 1958. Slender staplebound yearbook-style publication, 8.5x11 inches, black and white photos, very good. 40 and 44 pages respectively.

Fresno: the school, 1928. Paperback. 112p., 8x10.5 inches, glossy paperstock throughout, the usual formatting of mugshots, group photos, amateur sketch illustrations, ads, signatures, very good in silver and gold stamped maroon wraps with edgewear. Heavily signed throughout by students.

Princeton: the PU class, 1982. Variously paginated to the body of listings, which are unpaginated. Perhaps 200p. 11x8.5 inch decorated orange wraps, slightest handling or dust-soil, last few leaves a bit dog-eared, very good copy. Addresses, nicknames, spouses, children, occ/emp, telephone. Twelve pages of questionaire results (what records have you bought). Cover image shows a hairy tiger-striped paw, human, in raised "power" salute; --but clutching a wad of money. Hence the subtitle, strikes-- it rich. Princeton didn't get the Columbia, let alone the Kent State treatment, the softies. Parody doesn't quite stop at the cover but contents are reasonably earnest. Take the "Drug use since graduation" stats-- but oh sorry. You have to buy the book.

St. Louis MO: the college, 1947. Hardcover. 136p., the usual sort of portrait and site photos found in these cliche'd annuals, here on a fairly high level given the age and maturity of the portrayed (and for a number of these, war-experience), hardbound in black plastikoid boards with a bronze titling panel. We scanned for autographs and found just a half-dozen scattered ones including one professor. An excellent copy, sound with very little wear, cleanly and otherwise unmarked.
