The editor of this small book states - " Father Andrew's addresses at the Three Hours' Devotions were always based on the Seven Words from the Cross though the form of the addresses varied from year to year. Probably no one who heard him conduct the service could ever forget the sense of the deep devotion which he felt himself and inspired in his congregation.
