Index. Former owner's signature on ffep and some penciled notes on the same. Stewart Holbrook's long review in the New York Herald Tribune is cut out and affixed (pasted) to the rear paste down and folded. Now, we present a mystery. Affixed to the verso of the rear free endpaper (facing the newspaper article) and with flaps folded is a dj for the same book, but showing the price of $4.00 on the flap. Both American & Canadian firsts sport the price of $4.50. However, the Holbrook review has $4.00 for the book! The top edge of this extra dj is trimmed back a bit (1/4").
