One page of "Valuable Statistics." Images almost exclusively of Colorado scenes. Covers are in very good condition with no tears or chips. Occasional edge tear to interior. Early copies more uncommon.

Fine in a dj, which a taped 1" tear on the front panel half-way down the edge. Most copies of this book I've seen do not have "First Edition" stated. This one does. Oversized.
