The paper covering the front hinge has cracked, but the binding below remains intact. A small bookseller's stamp (J. Deubner, Moskwa( has been glued to the top right hand corner of the front fixed end paper. The edges of the text-block is gilded, and the burgundy covers have gilt decoration. There is some wear and rubbing to the corners, and top and bottom of the spine, but the book is in overall very good condition.

The villagers in a small town were very proud of the wonderful stained glass window in their church, and were upset when it was broken just before Christmas. A young monk from a local monastery was called in to repair it. The young man's father had been an artist in stained glass, but not his son, and the repair attempt led to a complete ruin to the window. It took a Christmas miracle to fix the problem.

Despite these flaws, an attractive copy of an unusual title.
