I cannot locate a copy in WorldCat although I did locate two other books with similar themes by this author. Ephemera for the specialist collector. Please see images of the book you will receive. Notes: I assume many thousands of these were printed but they would not go to a typical library and of course none were saved. That is where this pamphlet was collected so likely the same person. The top sheet of this has a table of contents that does not match rest of contents but I am leaving it on. It is the last image.
